Martin Riley Ba(hons) FRSA
Martin is dedicated to leadership excellence within organisations and has worked for the past fourteen years in the design and delivery of world-class leadership programmes for business owners, directors and senior staff.
Martin draws on a wide range of skills, from leadership development, performance coaching, psychology and alternative approaches to development and change. He has been mentored in these areas by top practitioners in their field.
Martin’s former career as a design consultant also makes him expert in creative problem solving; a key skill in finding solutions for individuals and their businesses.
Martin worked for 10 years as an associate of Gil Dove Associates in London, where clients included directors and senior managers at the BBC, Channel 5, Saatchi & Saatchi, Canon and Wrigleys. Martin's direct clients included the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Orange, Figleaves and Ferodo.
Alongside researching, designing and delivering leadership development programmes, Martin has also developed a leading edge theory of leadership.
As a founder of Re-Bal Leadership Development, Martin is now passionate about working locally with small and medium businesses in Sussex. See our current clients.
Martin Pring MBA MSc
Available as a consultant on larger projects, Martin Pring’s primary focus and achievements have been in consulting, training and management. He has worked with a diverse range of industries covering financial services, manufacturing, legal, IT, retail and Public Sector.
He became a specialist in his field of cultural change and leadership after his success in developing and managing programmes in the automotive manufacture and supply networks of brands such as Honda, Rover and Ford. As a result of this, he has his own consulting and training company based in the West Midlands.
