Making the most of Life

The quality of life depends on the quality of our relationships. And the quality of our relationships starts with our relationship to ourselves. All the things we think we can or can’t do - our hopes, dreams, fears and desires - stem from how we feel about ourselves.

The relationships in our lives includes people and things: family, partners, friends, colleagues, home, money, health, happiness, love, clothes, cars, hobbies, food, situations... These all play a part in shaping our world.

Accepting Who We Are

Being comfortable with who we are and being able to accept life the way it is, allows us to be optimistic, take on new challenges and make changes in the direction we choose.

When we have discomfort with who we are and what we have, this limits our ability to choose what we want. If the discomfort becomes extreme, we may experience stress and this limits our ability to deal with things.

By returning to a place where we accept ourselves and life as it is - for now - we regain our balance, de-stress and see our relationships and situations clearly... and then make meaningful and worthwhile changes.
